PATA is an “Association of Leaders for Leaders” in the travel industry and comprises membership of tourism stake holders worldwide, including tourist boards, airlines and cruise-lines, hotels, tour operators, travel agencies and other industry related corporations, all with the aim of promoting sustainable tourism both nationally and internationally.

PATA Compass is distributed on a bi-monthly basis to the members of PATA and subscribers, incorporating an editorial mix of strategic and statistical information from PATA's own “Strategic Intelligence Centre” in the “Industry Insight” section, regular lead stories, destination features, information and news in “explore” and forecasts, insights, as well as focus on a specific area of tourism growth and specialization such as MICE / Business Tourism, Airports and Airlines or Medical Tourism in “PATAfocus”, all of which are of strong relevance and value to our readers.

PATA Compass reaches targeted audiences not only within the Pacific Asia region, but also in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Our editorial coverage is aimed, like PATA to assist with the creation of sustainable tourism throughout the Pacific-Asian community, but as membership grows as does the needs of our readers which is why we will also include an “Asia Outbound” section which will promote tourism to the satellite PATA community that have supported the regions for so long.

At PATA Compass we offer those companies that choose to advertise and work with us fantastic opportunities to highlight themselves and their services to some 80,000 global readers; all of which are influential in the decision making processes for the promotion of both business and leisure tourism.
